COME SEE US AT BOOTH #694 IN FORT LAUDERDALE
TRAC Digital Stabilizers™ dramatically improve comfort of ride while underway in
any sea condition. TRAC’s proprietary fin, fitted with TRAC’s exclusive high lift winglet,
provides more stabilizing capacity than conventional fins. When installed with STAR™
(STabilization At Rest) TRAC substantially increases comfort while at anchor.
TRAC dual propeller thrusters provide more thrust per inch of tunnel diameter than
conventional thrusters. Designed for commercial use, TRAC thrusters are built to last
and are rated for continuous duty. Supported by our proportional control system,
TRAC thrusters provide variable thrust for smooth maneuvering.
TRAC Integrated Hydraulic Systems support all TRAC products as well as third
party hydraulic capstans, windlasses, cranes, generators, bilge pumps, and more.
Commercial duty cooling systems ensure continuous operation capability for all
your hydraulic equipment.
TRAC Digital Stabilizers and Thrusters are used by more luxury yacht
builders than any other. For the best
in ride comfort, maneuvering ease,
and world-class product support,
specify TRAC.

LETTERS TO THE
EDITOR
A POINT IN TIME
You don’t know me from a load
of coal, but I enjoyed your article
immensely and hope you will do
more like the one I just read in the
June ’08 issue (“A Point in Time:
The Many Crossroads of Cruising”).
Everyone likes to read of how and
why other people bought the boat
they have, why they named her, how
she performs, and where they like to
go and eat.
Nice job! Please do more.

KRUISIN’ FOR A KAUSE
I wanted to tell you how nice
it was to see the article “Kruisin’
for a Kause Brightens Moods” in the
September issue of your magazine.
It’s important to remind your readers
that we must learn to help our fellow
humans whenever we can with direct
actions rather than simply financial
support through checkbook activism.
I encourage the continued
coverage of good deeds being
done by the boating community, in
addition to all the great technical
and travel articles featured regularly
in your magazine. Keep up the
fine work.

I was reading the article “Kruisin’
for a Kause,” and although I do not
live in the States and I’m not an
American, cancer does not select its
victims. I have had cancer twice. So
many of us live with cancer, not die
from cancer.
I would like to know more about
Kruisin’ for a Kause, as I am in
Singapore, and many do not get the
chance to do such things here. I
believe now at 60-plus I wish to have
my “bucket list” and give others the
chance, even though I am not rich.
