AGLCA PLANS
ANNUAL FALL RENDEZVOUS
One of the most popular cruises
in America is the Great Loop, often
referred to as the Great Circle.
America’s Great Loop Cruisers’
Association (AGLCA) provides a
wealth of resources and information
for this circumnavigation of the
eastern third of the United States;
it also has grown into an in-person
and online community of cruisers
who share their experiences, Loop
secrets, successes, and challenges.
The AGLCA will hold its annual
fall rendezvous and reunion at Joe
Wheeler State Park in Rogersville,
Alabama, Oct. 20—23. The three days
will include seminars, a workshop on
the new Loop Locator (a product
supported by Google Earth), and the
Looper Crawl.
The event is limited to AGLCA
members. However, the association
offers trial memberships for those
who are interested in learning about
the Great Loop and about the
organization, which is committed to
offering navigational and cruising
information that enhances the
enjoyment and safety of those
cruising America’s waterways.
Space is limited for this event,
and early registration is required.
Registration is $199 per person and
covers all events, seminars, side
